Windows Blue eh?
It seems that these features will be present:

• Bigger/smaller tiles
• Control panel options in the ModernUI Control panel
• More colors and customization in the Start Screen
• More snapping solutions
• Better default apps
• Lockscreen as picture frame
• Wireless screen feature (?)

and for the classic Desktop part?
